Dosensio participated this week in the SharePoint User Group Meetup at Microsoft’s offices in the Aon Center, Chicago. The meeting featured HiSoftware, a provider of solutions to create and manage web governance and compliance standards.
The Company provided an overview on implementing easy, cost-effective ways to successfully develop and maintain best-of-breed websites which promote the highest standards in web governance and high quality user experience within the SharePoint environment – both public facing and internal. The Demo and discussion centered on compliance issues surrounding privacy, accessibility and content validation within SharePoint.
The presentation prompted many questions from attendees on the frequently overlooked problems and issues with web governance and compliance. The Company stressed the importance of proactive rather than reactive approaches to this ever growing issue. The event was sponsored by RightPoint Consulting.
