Scott Rose has been a consulting and technology senior executive for over 20 years working with both established and start-up companies to create business innovation from new technology. Rose joined Dosensio from Accenture, where he was a partner in the technology practice and held management positions running Accenture’s Technology Labs and, most recently, leading a joint venture with Sun Microsystems to develop and bring to market new solutions around Sun’s security and SOA products.

Rose’s experience includes leadership positions in management and operations, IT security, technology research and development, client sales and delivery, technology and business strategy, software development and integration, analyst and media relations, and building corporate relationships for sales and strategic partnerships.

Michael Ahart

Michael Ahart is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Valuation Analyst with expertise including business valuation for merger and acquisition comfort letters, international and multi-jurisdictional domestic taxation, and disclosure technology implementation. His experience spans small to large companies, both in the private and public arenas. With 15 years of financial project leadership, Ahart has developed specific skills in the areas of business valuation consulting, GAAP research and application, information technology systems implementation, forensic and bankruptcy accounting, and international taxation for small to large corporations.
