Scott Rose named EVP

Chicago, IL. May 18, 2009 — Dosensio, a provider of information management tools for Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems, announced today it has named Scott Rose as Executive Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Alliances. Rose will guide the Company’s sales into markets addressing the simplification, accessibility and management of corporate documents. Dosensio’s first product, Dosensio Zoom, provides a simple, intuitive online and offline interface to SharePoint, a leading ECM Suite offered by Microsoft Corporation.

Rose will assume immediate responsibility for directing the growth of the Company’s direct sales activities in addition to the development of select integration and channel partners.

To Hire or Not to Hire

If people are the most valuable asset of an organization, then hiring new team members should be the most important effort within a company. Unfortunately, the hiring process is often neglected, not properly organized, and/or left to HR. If you have been part of a team to which an unqualified member has been added, then you probably know what we’re talking about.

While there are numerous, complex hiring techniques, there are only two things you need to remember:
